Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

Wet ingredients:

1/4 cup purified water

1/4 cup vegan broth

1 tbsp tamari sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup bbq sauce

1/2 tsp liquid smoke

 

Dry ingredients:

1 cup vital wheat gluten

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/4 cup tapioca stach

2 cups jackfruit

DIRECTIONS:

    1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
    2. Add wet ingredients and mix well
    3. Shape the jackfruit dough and bake in oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
    4. Combine the bbq sauce and liquid smoke and coat the dough
    5. Bake again for another 10-15 minutes
