Pumpkin Pecan Sundae

Sundae season meets pumpkin spice season! 

Our Pumpkin Pecan Sundae is a must-try fall dessert. With layers of pumpkin ice cream, crunchy pecans and graham crackers, and a drizzle of maple syrup, it’s the coziest treat to create at home. Satisfy your sweet tooth and savor the flavors of the season!

Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

4 bananas sliced and frozen

100 ml coconut milk

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 tbsp maple syrup (can substituted with agave or honey)

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup crushed cinnamon graham crackers

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine coconut milk, frozen bananas, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and spices in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Using a rubber spatula, spoon into a container such as a loaf pan. Mix in pecans and crushed graham crackers, reserving some for the toppings.
  3. Place in the freezer to harden (about 3 hours). 
  4. To serve, remove from freezer and let thaw 10-15 minutes until it’s scoopable.
  5. Top with remaining pecans and graham crackers.
