Pumpkin Hummus Recipe

If there was ever a way to elevate hummus…pumpkin is the way to go! 

Spice up your menu this fall with this delicious pumpkin hummus – it’s easy, creamy, savory, and only takes 10 mins to whip up.

Here’s What You’ll Need

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh

– 2 tbsp, tahini (sesame butter)

– 1 cup, pumpkin puree

– 1 can chickpeas, cooked

– 1 clove garlic, optional

– 1/2 tsp, cumin powder

– 1/2 tsp, chili powder

– 1 tsp, himalayan salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor with S-blade minus the oil.
  2. Process until all ingredients are incorporated and a nice consistency is achieved.
  3. If water is needed to aid in the blending process, add water 1 tbsp at a time until a very creamy hummus-like consistency is achieved.
  4. Stream in the oil last to emulsify.
