Barvida is a healthy plant-based lifestyle brand/juice bar concept in Darien, Connecticut.
Barvida serves a comprehensive menu of 100% organic plant-based juices, smoothies,
wellness shots, healthy elixirs, smoothie and acai bowls, toasts, wraps, salad, buddha bowls,
and healthy snacks and desserts. They also offer cleanse and detox programs, and position
themselves as a high-quality premium brand that aspires to be the next ‘Nike’ of health and
conscious consumption.
We worked with Barvida in a full-service capacity including defining and designing their
branding, working through their budget, providing internal admin documents and their
equipment and vendor lists, and creating their entire menu.
When it came to securing a location, we provided a location analysis and assisted in hiring their
architect and contractor. After hiring their staff, we provided an on-site 2-week training program
and they are now operational and enjoying high sales in their first month.

Our team will offer you a perspective on the best practices for interviewing and the characteristics you want to search for when hiring great staff members. We will also hold video interviews or in-person interviews (depending on proximity) for up to 5 management level staff members being considered.
We will also discuss how many staff members are needed and what positions are needed based on your projected daily sales.
One of our experienced team members will come to your location for 3 days excluding travel days.
We will plan to travel on the days before and after this.
