Mushroom Latte Recipe

This mushroom latte is the perfect morning pick-me-up (with a whole lot of health perks!) for those busy days.

Here’s What You’ll Need

– 12 oz plant milk of choice

– 1 tsp, maple syrup or coconut nectar

– 1 tsp, almond butter

– 2 tbsp, cacao powder

– 1 tsp mushroom powder of choice

– 1/8 pinch of himalayan salt

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a high speed blender to incorporate the almond butter.
  2. Transfer to a milk frother and process until complete.
  3. Serve in favorite mug.
