Matcha Truffle Balls

Matcha Truffles…because why not?!  

They are a simple yet delicious treat, and oh so easy to make! Plus, they pack a ton of health benefits! 

 

Here’s What You’ll Need

– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

– 1 cup shredded coconut

– 2 tbsp hemp seeds

– 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla plant-based protein powder of choice

– 1/2 cup, cashew butter

– 1/4 cup, coconut butter, melted

– 2 – 4 dates, pitted

– 1 – 2 tsp, matcha powder

– 1/2 tsp, maca powder

– 1/2 cup, almond flour

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add ingredients to a food processor with S-blade and process. Stop to scrape ingredients from the side of the processor and mix again.
2. Using a tablespoon, form the mixture into little bite-sized truffle balls.
3. Optional: roll in shredded coconut or hemp seeds before storing in the refrigerator to firm up.
