Green Goddess Salad

What could be better than a long lazy walk on a sunny day followed by a fresh salad 🤩

This beautiful, easy to make and delicious salad is definitely one of our favorites to make.

Plus the herby, tangy, creamy green goddess dressing is SO addictive. Make sure you make a large batch of it- you’ll enjoy it with raw veggies as a snack too — so so good!

Here’s What You’ll Need

Salad Ingredients :

– 1/2 cup, lettuce romaine, chopped

– 1/2 cup, spring mix

– 1/2 cup, fresh or thawed green peas

– 1/4 cup, beetroot, shredded

– 2 tbsp, watermelon radish, mandolin thin half moons

– 2 tbsp, pumpkin seeds

– 2 tbsp, sprouts of choice

 

Green Goddess Dressing :

– water 1 tbsp x a time to thin

– 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

– 1 tbsp, lemon juice

– 2 tbsp, tahini

– 1 tsp, miso paste

– 1/2 avocado, diced

– 1/8 cup, basil, fresh

– 1/2 tsp, himalayan salt

– 1/4 tsp, black pepper powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients on high until reaching desired creaminess.
  2. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
