Chocolate Lucuma Donuts 🤩

Perfect for sharing with loved ones, or just indulging in them by yourself while you’re watching Netflix. 

Here’s What You’ll Need

Raw Donut

– 1 tbsp coconut oil
– 1 tbsp maple syrup or other unrefined liquid sweetener of choice
– 2 tbsp cacao powder
– 1/2 cup, pitted dates, soaked/strained
– 1 1/2 cups, almond meal

 

Chocolate Glaze

– 2 oz, coconut oil
– 2 oz, maple syrup
– 1/4 cup, cacao powder

DIRECTIONS:

1. Process donut ingredients in a food processor with S-blade until a uniform texture is created.
2. Add to 4 individual silicone donut molds. Press well into the cavities.
3. Cover and freeze for 1 hour to set.
4. Prepare the glaze by whisking the ingredients together to combine. Alternatively use an electric hand whisk.
5. Pour glaze over the donuts.
6. Option to add different toppings like bee pollen, vegan sprinkles, edible flowers or any other desired ingredients.
