2 Layer Smoothie

This cute layered smoothie is a delicious way to cool down on a busy day. 

Made with fresh ingredients, it’s easy to make and impressive to serve!

Here’s What You’ll Need

Green Layer

 

– 4 oz, soda, sparkling water or kombucha

– 4 tsp, lime juice

– 4 cups, honeydew, cubed

– 1/4 cup, mint, fresh

Pink Layer

 

– 4 oz, orange juice

– 2/3 cup, coconut yogurt

– 1 – 2 dates

– 1/4 cup, rhubarb

– 1/2 cup, frozen strawberries

– 1/4, frozen banana

– 1/4 cup, ice

DIRECTIONS:

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Add to a glass as the first layer of the smoothie.
