Spinach Almond Salad

The dressing is a delightful blend of apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Himalayan salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and a splash of lemon juice, bringing a zesty, balanced flavor to every bite.

 

Here’s What You’ll Need

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Honey Almonds
  • 1 cup Apples, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup Red Onions, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese

 

Dressing:

    • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a bowl or a large plate, mix all the ingredients.
  2. To prepare the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk. 
  3. You can pour the dressing over your salad or have it on the side. Enjoy!
