Rice & Milk Pudding

This delightful pudding is crafted with tender rice simmered in a blend of water and almond milk, creating a luscious and creamy base. Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Rice
  • 10 oz Water
  • 10 oz Almond Milk
  • 6 tbsp Honey or Agave
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Skin (peeled)
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash the rice and cook it in a pot with water. Let it boil and then reduce the water.
  2. When the water is reduced, add the milk and the other ingredients. Cook it on a slow flame for around 25 minutes or until you see the milk becoming a creamy consistency. Stir the rice with a spoon every 5 minutes.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, place it in a container and let it cool in the fridge for 4 hours.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top, and garnish with lemon skin.
