Pumpkin Tartlette

Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 pumpkin or squash, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of caramelized onions
  • 50 grams of cream cheese
  • 6 walnuts
  • 1 tbsp green onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut the pumpkin slices into circles using a pastry ring. Brown them in a pan and let them drain.
  2. Place the pumpkin circles in an oven-safe dish and spread the cream cheese over them. Then distribute the onions and add half a peeled walnut on top of each.
  3. Bake them for 2 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) and decorate with green onions.
