So Juicy is a juice & salad bar in Nevada that was founded after the owners were looking for natural, raw products to consume to support the treatment of cancer. Realizing that the community was in need of an establishment that offered this menu, they created it in the hopes that people who are supporting their health and healing can access the nutrition they need to thrive. So Juicy serves cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, wellness shots, muesli, kombucha, salad, soups and tea.
We created So Juicy’s custom menu with complete costing to ensure profitability. We also worked on their branding, including their logo. To ease into efficient operations, our team gave the company administration and operational documents, and provided onsite training. Additionally, we supported So Juicy with their location design.
