This fang-tastic energy ball blends a ghoulishly rich base with a boo-tiful balance of natural sweetness and spine-tingling crunch. Topped with a crunchy monster mash and a touch of smooth cacao drizzle, every bite is a wickedly delightful mix of flavors and textures that will have your taste buds howling with delight.

Packed with fang-tastic antioxidants and monster-friendly healthy fats, this simple recipe is perfect for a hauntingly quick breakfast, a spine-chilling snack, or a guilt-free dessert that’ll have you cackling with joy!

Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2/3 cup Cashew
  • 1/4 cup, Pitted Dates
  • 2 tbsp Goji Berries
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil
  • 1 tbsp Purified Water

 

Decoration:

  • 2 tbsp Granola
  • 2 tbsp Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Sliced Almonds

 

Cacao Drizzle:

  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Process the cashews, cacao powder, dates, salt, honey, and water in a food processor with S-blade until a sticky consistency is achieved.
  2. Pour in the goji berries and MCT oil last to incorporate.
  3. Roll the mixture into truffle sized bites with a 2 tablespoons or a melon baller.
  4. Roll some of the small balls into the coconut shredded, and the others into the granola.
  5. For the chocolate drizzle, simply mix all the ingredients together with a whisk.
  6. Add one sliced almond on top and place a small chocolate drizzle point in the center to create an eye. 
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate it in an air-tight container.
