Sesame Ginger Kelp Noodle

Here’s What You’ll Need

Dressing Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tbsp tamari sauce

1 1/2 tsp sesame oil

1/2 tbsp grated ginger

1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Ingredients for Noodles:

1 1/2 cup Kelp noodles

1/3 cup shredded purple cabbage

1/3 cup shredded carrot

1/3 cup julienne red paprika

2 tbsp cilantro,chopped

Ingredients for Toppings:

2 tbsp chopped chive

1 tsp white sesame seed

DIRECTIONS FOR THE DRESSING:

  1. Put all ingredients in to the bowl, whisk until all mix together

DIRECTIONS FOR THE NOODLES:

  1. Cook kelp noodles in boiling water around 7 minute , after 7 minute remove and put in water with ue to stop cooking the noodles
  2. Put kelp noodles with vegetable in the big bowl , add dressing and mix with spoon or hand
  3. Serve with topping chive and white sesame seed
