Baked Rosemary Beet Chips

These Baked Rosemary Beet Chips are where it’s at.

Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp, olive or avocado oil

– 2 small beets

– 1 – 2 sprigs, fresh rosemary, finely chopped

– 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and place oven rack in the centre. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 
  2. Thinly slice beetroot with mandolin. 
  3. Divide between two baking sheets and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until crispy and slightly brown. 
  5. Remove from oven. Let cool slightly. Best enjoyed fresh.
