Vegan Salmon Bagels

Vegan salmon…need we say more? 

It’s savory, salty, smokey and the texture is on point.

Here’s What You’ll Need

– 1 gluten-free bagel sliced and toasted or 2 slices of gluten-free toast or sourdough toast

– vegan cream cheese

– vegan salmon (see recipe below)

– 1 tsp black sesame seeds, sprinkle

– 1 tbsp, chives, chopped fresh

Vegan Salmon Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp, agave

– 2 tbsp, liquid smoke

– 1 cup, carrot ribbons

– 1 nori sheet, chopped

– 1 tsp, garlic powder

– 1/8 tsp, himalayan salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk the vegan salmon ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Allow to marinate overnight in a sealed, preferably glass vessel.
  3. Serve with the toast of choice on top of the cream cheese. Garnish with sesame seeds and chives.
