Here’s What You’ll Need

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup orange juice

1 tbsp, fresh lemon or lime juice

1 – 2 tbsp, fresh ginger juice or chunk of ginger (without skin) 

1 tsp chlorella powder

1 tsp magnesium powder

1/8 tsp Himalayan salt

1/4 frozen banana

1/2 cup, frozen avocado

1/4 cup ice, optional

– –

1/2 tsp avocado oil (stream in last)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Blend all ingredients, except the oil, until smooth and creamy.
2. Stream oil in last to emulsify.
3. Enjoy.
