Golden Chai Overnight Oats

For those customers who want a way to incorporate a little spice into their morning meals – you can’t go much further than this Golden Chai Overnight Oats recipe.

Here’s What You’ll Need

– 4 oz coconut or oat milk

– 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

– 2 tbsp almond butter

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

– 1/2 tsp masala chai spice

– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

– 1/8 tsp pinch himalayan salt

– 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats

Toppings:

– 1/8 cup dollop coconut yogurt

– 1 tbsp drizzle of maple syrup

– 1 tbsp coconut flakes, sprinkle

– 1/4 tsp, cinnamon powder, sprinkle

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk all liquid ingredients together.
  2. Assemble dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Pour the liquid ingredients over and stir well with a fork to aerate and avoid any chunks from forming.
  4. Add to a preferably glass sealable vessel and place in the refrigerator a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of overnight to set.
  5. Serve with toppings listed above.
