We will review at least 3 itemized bids and from there will guide you through the process of hiring your contractor. We will also share the best methods for ensuring your contractor’s credibility, negotiate and save money during the build-out process.
Hiring Staff
Our team will offer you a perspective on the best practices for interviewing and the characteristics you want to search for when hiring great staff members. We will also hold video interviews or in-person interviews (depending on proximity) for up to 5 management level staff members being considered.
We will also discuss how many staff members are needed and what positions are needed based on your projected daily sales.
On-Site Staff Training
One of our experienced team members will come to your location for 3 days excluding travel days.
- 1st day We will meet with your core team. This could be business owners and any management staff. We will go over any last minute elements that need to be executed before training and opening.
- 2nd day We will need the entire staff there. We will go over all aspects to prepare your staff for the opening.
- 3rd day Soft opening – This will be friends, family and a walk in traffic day with little to no marketing. Our focus will be to slowly ease your staff into real day to day production.
We will plan to travel on the days before and after this.
NOTE: All airfare and hotel fees will be taken care of by client.
More days of training are also available and will affect the total scope of the project.
