Packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and cozy flavors, our Autumn Spice Smoothie is perfect for a nutritious breakfast, a post-workout treat, or a seasonal snack.

Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Dried Cranberries
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice Powder
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 cup Ice

Topping: 

  • 1 tsp Crushed Pistachios

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put liquid ingredients in the blender first, then add dry ingredients, followed by frozen fruits, and ice last.
  2. Blend at low speed for about 15 seconds, then increase speed and keep blending for 30 to 60 seconds. Use the blender tamper to help the blending process.
  3. Pour into a bowl and decorate with toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
