Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

…Apple Pie but blended. Need we say more 😏

Your customers are going to be sure to love this American classic with a twist. 

We’ve got to admit the addition of cauliflower initially divided opinion with the Start a Juice Bar staff, but once they tried it (and realised you couldn’t taste it!) everyone was a huge fan.

Here’s What You’ll Need

– 8 oz plant milk of choice (almond or oat)

– 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

– 1/2 tbsp almond butter

– 2 tbsp blanched slivered almonds

– 2 tbsp oats, optional

– 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

– 1/4 tsp ginger powder

– 1 cup frozen cauliflower

– 1 cup frozen apple (skin removed previously)

– 1/8 pinch himalayan salt

– 1/4 cup ice, optional

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until fully incorporated and creamy.
  2. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh cinnamon powder.
