Our Ultimate Hangover Cure Smoothie is packed with coconut water for hydration, zesty orange and lemon juice for a citrusy punch, and a spicy kick from ginger to wake up your system. We’ve even added some chlorella and magnesium to give your body the nutrients it needs to bounce back.

Creamy avocado and a touch of banana blend together for that smooth, satisfying texture, while a swirl of avocado oil gives you a little extra healthy fat to keep you feeling full and fabulous.

 

Here’s What You’ll Need

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp, fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 – 2 tbsp, fresh ginger juice or chunk of ginger with out without skin on
  • 1 tsp chlorella powder
  • 1 tsp magnesium powder
  • 1/8 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup, frozen avocado
  • 1/4 cup ice, optional
  • 1/2 tsp avocado oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender, add liquid ingredients first, then add dry ingredients (if applicable), followed by frozen fruits, and ice (if applicable) last.
  2. Blend at low speed for about 15 seconds, then increase speed.
  3. Add the avocado oil last to emulsify.
  4. Enjoy!
