Cauliflower Steak

Here’s What You’ll Need

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium Cauliflower (whole)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes

 

Spice Mix:

  • 1/4 cup Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Green Olives, pitted and chopped
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower head in half, then in thick slices to create the vegan steaks. 
  3. Place the steaks on a tray with parchment paper. Top with olive oil and sprinkle the sea salt, black pepper, and chili flakes, leaving it in the oven for about 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. On the side, combine all the spice mix ingredients in a bowl. 
  5. When the steaks are ready, place them on a plate and top them with the mix.
  6. Enjoy!
