Almond Flower Crackers

Enjoy a wholesome and delicious snack with our Almond Flower Crackers! 

Made with nutrient-rich almond flour and flaxseed meal, these crackers are packed with protein and healthy fats. A touch of Himalayan salt enhances the flavor, while a blend of dried herbs and sesame seeds adds a delightful crunch and aromatic touch. 

Perfect for a light snack, a crunchy addition to your salad, or a tasty accompaniment to your favorite spreads (like our Vegan Hummes perhaps), our Almond Flour Crackers are a versatile and healthy choice.

Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dried Herbs
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pre heat the oven at 350° F. In a small bowl, mix the flaxseed meal and water. Set aside for 10 minutes, stirring intermittently. The mixture will be a gooey consistency when ready.
  2. In a medium-size bowl, combine the almond flour, flaxseed mixture, salt, herbs and the sesame seeds into a dough.
  3. Form the dough into a ball and place it on a flat surface lined with parchment paper. Cover with another piece of parchment paper, press down with your hand to flatten, and then roll over the dough with a pin until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut the flattened dough into squares or triangles (whichever size you like). Using a toothpick or small fork, poke the center of each cracker to allow steam to escape during baking.
  5. Carefully transfer each cracker to the baking sheet and bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy! PS. The dried crackers can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
