  •  ½ cup (125 ml) chopped mango, frozen
  • 1-2 large handfuls of spinach
  •  ¼ cup (60 ml) pumpkin seeds (Pepita seeds)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

DIRECTIONS:
