Cauliflower Hot Wings

Who said veggies can’t bring the heat?

These crispy cauliflower bites bring the heat and the flavor, all while keeping things plant-powered. Snack smart and snack deliciously!

Spice, crunch, and all the goodness you crave, minus the meat. Let’s wing it, healthily!

Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

2 cups cauliflower

2 tsp garlic powder

8 oz almond milk

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup rice flour

1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

3/4 cup bread crumbs

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup hot sauce

melted butter 1 tbsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix the batter ingredients with the cauliflower together in a bowl
  2. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown
  3. Mix hot sauce with melted butter
  4. Coat the cauliflower with hot sauce
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 37d degrees Fahrenheit until crispy
