Gluten Free Strawberry Cupcake

Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats flour

1 cup Gluten free flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp himalayan salt

3/4 cup almond milk

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup strawberry fresh

Topping:

1/4 strawberry jam ( any option )

Mint leave

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven 320
  2. Mix all dry ingredient in big bowl
  3. Add wet ingredients and whisk until mix coorperates
  4. Pour in cupcake mould
  5. Bake around 25 – 30 minute
