Here’s What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

– 8 oz, plant milk of choice

– 2 oz, water

– 1 oz, espresso shot

– 2 tsp, maple syrup, honey or coconut nectar

– 1/2 tsp, vanilla extract

– 2 tbsp, pumpkin puree

– 1/2 tsp, cinnamon powder

– 1/4 tsp, ginger powder

– 1/8 tsp/pinch, nutmeg powder

– 1/8 tsp/pinch, allspice powder

– 1/8 tsp/pinch, clove powder

– 1/8 tsp/pinch, cardamom powder

– 1/8 tsp, pinch, black pepper powder

Overnight Oats Ingredients:

– 3/4 cup plant milk of choice

– 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

– 1/2 cup rolled oats

– 1 tsp cinnamon powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add water, milk, vanilla, sweetener, puree and spices to a high speed blender and process until fully incorporated.
  2. Add to a small saucepan and heat on low until a low simmer is reached.
  3. Serve immediately with a shot of espresso. 
  4. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon powder and optional vegan whipped cream.
