Green Culture’s initial concept was for a juice bar, but this vision developed over the course of a year-long project into a cafe with a full spectrum of plant-based food items. They serve cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, coffee, smoothies, acai and smoothie bowls, burgers, soups, sandwiches, salads, wraps and more meals and snacks. Their launch was extremely successful, and they have been looking to expand with a second store in the near future.
We supported this business with their menu creation and costing, production systems and admin documents, and held a comprehensive two-week-long onsite staff training. We also worked on their marketing strategy and brand development, including their logo design.

We will also hold video interviews or in-person interviews (depending on proximity) for up to 5 management level staff members being considered.
We will also discuss how many staff members are needed and what positions are needed based on your projected daily sales.
One of our experienced team members will come to your location for 3 days excluding travel days.
